Millet:

Millet is a small, ancient grain that has been cultivated for thousands of years around the world. Naturally gluten-free and rich in nutrients such as fibre, magnesium, and antioxidants, millet has a mild, slightly nutty flavour that works well in both sweet and savoury recipes. It can be cooked as a whole grain, made into porridge, or ground into flour for baking.
