Millet Chocolate Cookies Recipe (Vegan and gluten-free)

These vegan and gluten-free millet chocolate cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with rich chocolate flavour. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbls of Cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of coconut optional
  • A handful of raisins optional
  • A handful of chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Measure the ingredients, add them to a food processor (or bowl), and mix until everything is integrated.
  • Form a ball with your hands, flatten it slightly, and set it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 25 minutes or until golden, at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Let cool, they will be soft but harden when cool.

Notes

It will keep in an airtight container for 3 days.
