Hi, I’m Sara a mum of six children. Together with my husband, we have a holistic approach to parenting and living our life. We home educate our six children, we grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables, keep bees and hens.

In this blog I share about healthy recipes, waldorf craft, biodynamic gardening and motherhood.

I have a passion for cooking wholesome, natural, and organic meals. I been following a macrobiotic diet since I was very young and also cook a lot of biodynamic recipes for my family.

Motherhood is something I truly cherish, and throughout the years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning everything I can to give my children the best. Along the way, I’ve realized how essential it is to care for myself and make time for my own needs, so that I can show up fully for both my children and myself..

On my blog, I share the practical solutions that have worked for me in creating a positive, harmonious family life.

I began making crafts when my oldest children were little. I wasn’t particularly crafty before, but even when my creations weren’t perfect, my children absolutely loved them! Their enthusiasm inspired me to keep creating and to explore new arts and crafts along the way.

It’s the warmth and love you pour into making something for a child that truly touches them—not how perfect the finished piece is.

I think, gardening is a wonderful way to connect with the wisdom of nature, the changing of the seasons and a wonderful gift for children to have the oportunity to experience this.

I hope My little flower buds brings you some inspirations for your family.
